We're looking for a confident, organised, and people-focused individual to oversee daily office operations, lead a small team, and ensure our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll do:
* Manage and support a team of administrators, promoting teamwork and development
* Oversee daily office administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
* Coordinate workloads, monitor KPIs, and maintain service delivery to clients
* Manage HR-related administration including inductions, holidays, and absence reporting
* Maintain office systems, records, and supplies, ensuring compliance with company processes
* Lead by example, improving practices and driving operational excellence
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Office Manager, Administration Manager, or Team Leader role
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
* Strong communication skills and confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* A proactive, adaptable, and approachable attitude with great attention to detail

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
