Finance Manager – Central Trust Finance Team
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our central Trust Finance team on a fixed term basis for 6 months, with the possibility of this extending beyond the 6 months. As a Finance Manager, you will work as part of the Finance Team, led by the Finance Partner, to deliver an expert service to our schools.
Responsibilities
* Managing the delivery of the monthly management reports
* Overseeing transactional processing within the academies
* Preparing and monitoring budgets
* Liaising with school‑based colleagues as required
What We Are Looking For
* AAT qualified and beyond or QBE with relevant experience
* Experience of producing financial accounts using financial systems
* Experience of working within the education or charity sector is preferred
* Experience of working within a Finance Department
* Experience of producing regular forecasts

Details
Salary: Senior Specialist £34,429 FTE (salary to be pro‑rated depending on working hours/weeks agreed)
Contract type: Fixed term for 6 months
Hours: 30–36 hours a week, 43 weeks a year (term time plus 4 weeks); open to professionals wanting work 52 weeks a year
Location: Hybrid, or a base at one of our satellite offices, or Head Office in Banstead, Surrey
Start date: ASAP
