Job Description
We're pleased to be partnering with an industry leading B2B organisation to support with their recruitment of a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role which will require a strong understanding of financial technical accounting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management and preparation of month-end activities
* Accruals and prepayments
* Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
* Ad-hoc analysis, reporting and variance analysis
* Reconciliations and control accounts
* Statutory accounts - Support the FD and external consultant producing the accounts
* Oversee Irish/Portugal entity statutory accounts and tax computations
* Bank approvals - payments, new vendors, new users etc
* Balance Sheet reviews
* Systems and process improvement
* Support the Finance Director as required
Candidate Requirements:
* ACCA/CIMA Qualified with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
* Microsoft Excel - strong working skills are essential
* Revenue Recognition - particularly around services
* Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to effectively prioritise and remain calm and consistent under pressure
* Team Management & Communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business including cross functional
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is advantageous
