About The Role

Senior Account Manager in Client Delivery – AM Team. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; we do not provide visa sponsorship. No recruitment agencies are accepted; we work only with selected partners.


Work Location & Flexibility

Hybrid/Remote. We’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.


DURATION & PACKAGE

Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly). Salary up to £43,000 plus benefits. We’re proud to be B Corp certified and a Real Living Wage employer. We publish salaries in all job ads to ensure transparency and fairness for every candidate.


The Role

* Translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy using our model, considering a holistic approach and identifying KPIs to measure success.
* Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.
* Oversee external KPI targets of your Strategic Account Managers, ensuring they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.
* Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring the strategy is correct and that the tactics deployed by the Pod teams are moving the needle.
* Client communication from team recommendations to requests from clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategy and goals.
* Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy-in with any or all client contacts needed.
* Deliver Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross‑channel collaboration.
* Meet with clients in person and build relationships with Senior stakeholders.
* Support client strategy development for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for.


The Person

* Demonstrate a passion for digital advertising and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
* Proven track record managing client requirements, including both planning and managing multi‑disciplinary campaigns and ad‑hoc work.
* Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Proven organisational skills, allowing you to plan and present detailed proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
* Results‑driven.
* You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
* Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while also being comfortable operating independently.
* Possess excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Are a strong communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.

Required Criteria

* Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AWR and Google Search Console.
* Agency experience and familiarity with agency‑side operations.
* Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry – essential.


Desired Criteria

* Google Analytics & Google Ads certified – nice to have.
* Informal or formal qualifications preferred, but not necessary.

Contract Type & Salary

Fulltime – Up to £43,000.00 yearly.
