Our purpose-built care home provides high quality, personalised nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions. Your role as a Meallmore Charge Nurse will include: Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice Oversee and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Develop and implement individualised and person-centred care plans based on residents' needs and preferences. Monitor and assess residents' health, promptly addressing any changes or medical concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Promote a positive and supportive work environment.
