Quality Administrator (initially 6 month FTC)

We are looking for someone who is available at short notice, and who can commit to a 6 month contract (it may be extended or lead to something permanent, but at the moment we cannot guarantee anything past 6 months).
Location:Altham, on-site role
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm (early finish on a Friday) (37 hours per week)
Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, free parking
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum pro rata
What you'll be doing
* Supporting Engineers and Quality team with technical documentation and administration
* Reviewing high volumes of documents
* Reviewing Quality documents
* PO's are raised and matched
* Compilation of customer packs
* Filing, storage and archiving of quality documentation
* Completion of weekly KPI's
* Liaising with quality department, collaborating with other employees and supporting engineers with technical data
* Data capture and analysis
* Using spreadsheets, MS office and different CRM and Quality systems
Requirements
About you...
* You'll have excellent attention to detail and experience of working in a fast paced administration or quality/engineering role
* Organised, methodical in your approach
* Excellent communicator, confident and approachable
* Able to adjust quickly to changes in priorities
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Confident using and learning different systems
The successful candidate will be required to provide at least 2 references, and have a DBS check prior to starting in this role.
