The role involves ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, liaising with the European head office, and general administrative duties, with full training on the company's proprietary software similar to Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling quotations, ordering parts, and logging faults.
* Liaising with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and the European Head Office.
* General administrative duties in the office.
Working Hours and Contract
Monday to Thursday 8 am – 4:30 pm; Friday finish at 4 pm. 12‑month contract with potential extension.
Key Qualifications
* Administrator with Salesforce or similar experience.
