We are recruiting for an Automotive Aftersales Coordinator to join our well-established client in Hemel Hempstead. The purpose of the role is to provide central administrative and coordination support across the Service and Coachworks functions. The role requires efficient bookings, clear customer communication, accurate documentation and invoicing, smooth workshop scheduling, and effective liaison with external customers and internal teams. It also provides day-to-day team coordination to support service and bodyshop operations.
