Job Title: Customer Service Executive Location: Mallusk, Newtownabbey (Onsite) Type: Permanent Pay: £12.75 per hour Staffline Recrutiment Ireland are delighted to be partnering with are client in the search for a Customer Service Executive to join their growing team in Mallusk. About: This is a key role within the business, serving as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and delivering exceptional service at every interaction. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience by efficiently resolving issues, responding to queries, and ensuring each customer feels valued and supported. This position is ideal for a customer service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about problem-solving, communication, and maintaining high standards of service. Main Responsibilties: Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, efficient manner, both in-person and over the phone. Effectively address customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Provide detailed and accurate product information regarding products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support, maintianing records, handling customer inquiries and supporting events when needed. Skills & Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a busy customer service environment High school diploma or equivalent Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proficient using basic office software and IT packages Applicants must be based in Northern Ireland and have full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom.
