Can you make a difference?
Do you have a deep interest in how young children learn through play, routines, and sensory experiences?
Do you have good knowledge of EY principles, and how to adapt them for pupils with complex SEND?
Do you have awareness of how to support young children with physical disabilities, medical conditions, and high health needs including feeding, tracheostomy care and postural management?
Do you have the enthusiasm for learning and safely carrying out delegated medical tasks?
Do you have a passion for supporting non-verbal or pre-verbal communication?
Do you have understanding of sensory processing differences and how to use sensory play, movement, music, and storytelling to promote learning and comfort?
Can you be creative in making learning environments calming, engaging, and accessible?
Do you have a commitment to working closely with teachers, therapists, nurses, and families as part of a transdisciplinary team?
Do you have dedication to promoting belonging, dignity, and independence?
Do you have awareness of the importance of safeguarding, personal care, and emotional regulation in early childhood and complex settings?
