Reporting to: Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact? We're seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Craigavon, where you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service that supports both our people and business strategy.
As an integral part of the HR team, you'll work closely with the HR Business Partner to manage day-to-day operations, support employee relations, and drive initiatives that enhance engagement, compliance, and development across the site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of the Group People Strategy and site-specific plans
2. Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
3. Manage employee relations cases including conduct, capability, and grievance
4. Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure data confidentiality
5. Drive absence management initiatives and support return-to-work processes
6. Coordinate training compliance and support learning & development activities
7. Partner with managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding
