What youll be doing
* End-to-end ownership from idea to launch.You lead the charge, collaborate closely, and ship fast. You dont just influence the direction, you build and drive towards it.
* Working full stack.We focus on highleverage work where it matters most. That means a lot of learning on-the-go.
* Obsessing over the customer.Youll work directly with hosts, our Property Experts, and designers to deeply understand the product this industry needs most.
* Improving how we work.We have a ton of legacy systems to refactor and simplify. A mixture of great and not so great CI/CD and, a patchwork of patterns from years of experimentation.

What we offer
* Salary between £60,000 and £80,000
