Rate: From £17 per hour, weekly pay
Shifts: 3–5 shifts per week, straight shifts

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with strong rosette-level and hotel kitchen background to support our brigade throughout the busy festive season. You’ll work across our hotel’s restaurants and banqueting/events operation, helping deliver high-quality food consistently during one of the most exciting times of the year.
Key Responsibilities (Chef de Partie Duties):
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to rosette standards
Run your designated section efficiently during service
Support menu delivery across both restaurant and event/service/prep
Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP procedures
Assist with stock control and daily prep
Work closely with the sous chef and head chef to keep service smooth
Uphold high standards of organisation and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Chef de Partie experience in rosette or high-quality hotel kitchens
Confident working across multiple outlets/sections
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain high standards during busy services
Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
