We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator who can also support with machine setup to join a growing team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work on brand‑new, innovative products that are transforming the industry; far removed from heavy, dirty engineering. The workshop is clean, modern, and designed for precision work with lightweight, sustainable materials.
What you’ll be doing
* Operating CNC machinery to produce high‑quality, lightweight eco‑products
* Setting up machines and programs to ensure smooth production
* Working with new materials and designs that prioritise sustainability
* Maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency across all components

Hours & Pay
Competitive pay Circa £30,000 - £40,000, stable hours, and opportunities for progression as the product range expands.
Shifts at 7am – 3pm or 2pm – 10pm
