To manage the dynamic Hires Department. The Hires Manager will deliver strategies to manage our existing customers, revenue growth, and to geographically expand our customer base. They will also manage the 2 hire team members, who have responsibility for the customer experience from point of enquiry to off hire.

This is a great opportunity for an operational account manager to grow their career and play a key role in the business.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the current hire processes is managed and maintained to a high standard within the team.

Account planning – develop roadmaps for existing and lapsed customer accounts, with actionable plans, aligned to customers objectives and CRJs goals.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align goals and enhance customer enquiries.

Work with field-based sales team on planning site visits and schedule effective meetings with the customer.

Use CRJ’s CRM system to full potential to maximise communication and meet customer service expectations.

Support team and identify opportunities for training and professional development.

Monitor team performance, analyse sales, and report on progress.

Act in accordance with CRJ Company Values at all times: One Team: Customer First: Deliver the Best.

The Person

* Proven experience in operations account management role and managing customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Must be able to work cross functionally.
* Excellent management skills with at 3 years plus experience in driving team performance.
* Experience within the plant hire, large machinery or waste/recycling sectors in a comparative sector, whilst not essential, would be advantageous.
* Ability to analyse data and develop account plans.
* IT Skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
* CRM experience (ideally HubSpot).
* A full UK driving licence.
