Salary: £28-£35k
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with housing developers and owners of commercial/industrial properties. If you have a strong background in the construction industry and a passion for renewable energy, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Management:
Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
Prepare and present proposals and quotations with a clear technical and financial understanding
Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policyMarket & Product Knowledge:
Keep up-to-date with solar PV technology, incentives, and market trends
Provide clients with ROI analysis, payback periods, and environmental impact benefitsCollaboration:
Work closely with project management, design, and operations teams for seamless transitions
Support marketing initiatives and attend relevant industry eventsReporting:
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report regularly on sales activity and forecastsRequirements
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the construction or renewable energy sector
Knowledge of new house builds, commercial warehouses, or industrial projects is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
