Our client, an ambitious contract manufacturing specialist within pharma is recruiting for a Finance Assistant to support the Financial Director. The Finance Assistant is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to provide financial support with an exciting and dynamic business by processing financial data accurately and timely reporting.
Key Accountabilities
Finance
* Input accurate and timely financial information for Purchase, Sales and Nominal Ledgers
* Assist with the completion of monthly reporting for Purchase, Sales and Nominal Ledgers
* Support the Office Manager, the Director of Administration and Human Resources with external auditors and ensure all documentation is readily available
* Ensure adherence to the financial processes and policies
* Support all financial related tasks as required in a timely manner.
Managing Organisational Relationships
* Attend and participate in regular staff meetings
* Participate in regular 1-2-1s with Office Manager, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
* Ensure completion of performance management documentation
* Take control of own personal development and participate in training
