HRLife are working with a newly appointed, inspirational Chief People Officer who is looking for their first HR Business Partner to join them in this dynamic, growing international business as they start to set the strategy and culture and put in place the HR framework.
This is an exciting time to join as this offers a blank canvas and you’ll be instrumental in building a high-performing people approach to HR across the group covering 15 countries globally. You’ll be supporting the development and implementation of a market-leading employee journey across the full employee lifecycle whilst ensuring that the entrepreneurial culture is maintained as the company grows and evolves.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the CPO in delivering all people/HR-related activities, including talent development, leadership development, skills and competency development and HR operations
2. Building strong partnerships with global leaders to become their trusted advisor and people champion, while ensuring that the business remains true to its culture, values and business objectives
