The Role
* Coordinate between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents efficiently and professionally.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer enquiries.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness.
* Interpret customer concerns, keeping them updated throughout the process.
* Provide clear advice and guidance to help customers resolve vehicle issues.
* Ensure customer needs and expectations are fully understood and met.
About You
We're looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer experiences every time. The ideal candidate will:
* Have proven experience in a busy customer service role (motor trade experience desirable).
* Possess excellent PC, telephone, and administration skills.
* Be confident, personable, and able to build long-term customer relationships.
* Communicate clearly and concisely, even when explaining complex information.
* Be customer-focused, proactive, and solution-driven.
* Show resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from feedback.
* Demonstrate strong technical awareness or understanding of vehicles (advantageous).
