We are recruiting a Client Services Director to lead the delivery of property management services across a high-profile Central London campus (500,000 sq ft, 6 mixed-use buildings including office, flexible workspace and retail).
You will lead property operations, managing the on-site property team and service partners to ensure high standards, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES...
* Lead day-to-day property operations and service delivery across the campus
* Manage and develop the property management team, including performance, training and wellbeing
* Oversee soft service contracts and coordinate with technical and engineering teams
* Control budgets, service charge accounts and annual audits
* Ensure maintenance, projects and compliance activities are planned, resourced and delivered effectively
* Build strong relationships with occupiers and drive service excellence
* Identify opportunities to enhance services and generate additional value
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards and best practices
* Monitor performance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives
* Report regularly to senior leadership and deputise when required
