As Head of Technology Specialisms, you will have a clear mandate: Build a market-leading specialist technology recruitment business. You will inherit an established permanent team with strong foundations, and you will build a high-performing contracts division from the ground up. This is a genuine "build and scale" leadership role with full commercial accountability and strategic influence.
Working closely with the Head of Scotland, you will shape the future of our specialist technology offering, driving collaboration across Enterprise and Candidate-Led models to unlock significant growth opportunities.

What will you be doing?
Build & Scale
Create a best-in-class Technology Specialisms offering in Scotland
Establish and grow a high-performing contracts recruitment team
Expand and strengthen our permanent recruitment capability
Develop deep vertical expertise across key technology markets
Lead growth across high-demand technology verticals including: Tech Leadership, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Dev, Architecture and Projects & Change
Drive Commercial Growth
Introduce bold, ambitious business development strategies
Win new private sector clients and expand existing relationships
Open up new contract and permanent revenue streams
Deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth
Lead from the front in high-value client engagement
Own the Market
Position Harvey Nash as the go-to technology recruitment partner in Scotland
Leverage your network to unlock new opportunities
