About the Role
Milk Education is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Hartlepool. This role is ideal for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 2, support pupil progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Years 3 and 4
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet learners’ needs
• Support children with SEND and additional learning needs
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leaders
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about pupil progress
• Promote positive behaviour and a love of learning
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Years 3 & 4)
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment
• Ability to differentiate lessons for all abilities, including SEND
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Passionate about inspiring young learners
