We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Painter/Decorator to join a busy team working across social housing properties. This role involves carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work ispleted to a high standard while respecting tenants and health & safety requirements.
Your new role
1. Painting and decorating internal and external areas of social housing properties
2. Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping, and priming
3. Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, frames, andmunal areas
4. Working in both tenanted and void properties with a professional and respectful approach
5. Ensuring properties are left clean, tidy, and safe after work ispleted
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience as a painter/decorator, ideally within social housing
7. Ability to work independently and manage workloads
8. Full UK Driving licence
