Trainee Project Co-ordinator – Reigate
£19,500 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
* Support managers with scheduling jobs and coordinating appointments
* Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Organise diaries, manage calendars, and book travel or meetings
* Process and maintain important documents such as reports, invoices, and quotations
* Assist in meeting team targets and contributing to ongoing improvements
Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Confidence using IT systems, Microsoft Office, and handling documentation
* A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
