Duties of the Senior Vehicle Technician
* Conduct vehicle servicing, routine repairs, and diagnostics with precision and adherence to dealer standards
* Responsible for larger repair tasks such as engine rebuilds and other complex repairs
* Accurately identify faults and report findings to the Workshop Manager
* Ensure all work complies with quality and safety procedures
* Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and work quality
* Collaborate with team members to meet workshop targets and deadlines
* Document and update repair records thoroughly and accurately
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification as a Vehicle Technician
* Proven experience as a Senior Technician or Master Technician, ideally working on premium brands such as JLR, Mercedes‑Benz, BMW, or VAG
* Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
* Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
* Ideally reside within reasonable commuting distance of Ystrad Mynach
