Responsibilities
1. Cybersecurity & Compliance
* Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard organisational systems and stakeholder data.
* Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and incident response planning.
* Ensure the organisation adheres to relevant data-protection standards and best practices.
2. AI Workflow Automation & Integration
* Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using AI tools and low/no-code solutions.
* Optimise internal processes such as donor management, volunteer coordination, reporting, and communication pipelines.
* Train staff on using automation tools and AI-enabled systems.
3. Networking & IT Infrastructure
* Manage and maintain networks, servers, user access, and connectivity across the organisation.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively improve system performance and reliability.
* Support hybrid/remote work environments with secure cloud-based solutions.
