As Sales Manager you are responsible for leading and guiding your external sales team. Oversee sales proactivity, develop strategies to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and ensure targets and revenue goals are achieved. The role involves managing, coaching, and motivating the Hybrid sales team while analysing sales data, identify key market intelligence to enhance performance. You will be highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic with prior experience working as an Sales Manager or similar. You will need excellent people management skills and enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to manage your own workload.
