Location - London (hybrid)
Salary - Up to £40,000
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day relationships with a roster of creators, athletes, and public figures.
* Support talents in defining their personal brand positioning, career direction, and long-term growth.
* Develop career strategies that increase audience, visibility, and cultural relevance.
* Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnership opportunities for talent.
* Lead conversations with brands and agencies, negotiate deals, and oversee campaign execution.
* Manage timelines, content approvals, and deliverables to ensure smooth, high-quality campaign delivery.
* Coordinate between talent, brands, and internal teams across ongoing projects.
* Identify new opportunities across media, events, collaborations, and cultural moments.
* Monitor industry and creator economy trends to support long-term talent development.
* Bring experience in talent or influencer management, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and strong organisational and project management abilities.
