To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and industry networking events.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales/business development within industrial automation, instrumentation, or engineering services.
• Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, control systems, and industrial networking.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation/ Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and industrial automation standards (UK/EU knowledge is Mandatory). What We Offer:
