Description
* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Coordinate and maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Organise meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
* Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
* Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
* Support team members in ad hoc tasks and projects.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency with office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Offer
