Writing Academic Mentors | About the Role:
As a Writing Academic Mentor, youll:
Work closely with students across KS1KS5 to develop their writing skills.
Deliver targeted interventions to support literacy progress.
Collaborate with teaching staff to tailor support for individual learners.
Inspire confidence and creativity in students written expression.
Writing Academic Mentors | Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A degree in English, or a related subject.
Previous experience working with young people (in schools, tutoring, or mentoring).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A patient, positive, and proactive approach.
