Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Dance Teacher to work full-time at a welcoming secondary school in the Corby area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a supportive performing arts department and inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role
* Full-time Dance teaching timetable
* Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory lessons
* Teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
* Supporting school productions, performances and extracurricular activities
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Specialism in Dance / Performing Arts / PE with Dance experience
* Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
* Strong classroom management skills
* A creative and energetic teaching style
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
