Working closely with the Quality Manager, production, programming, and inspection teams, the role will focus on documentation, preventing defects, improving processes, and maintaining robust quality systems within a fast-paced CNC machining environment. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Control Process Improvement Customer & Supplier Quality Documentation & Compliance Inspection & Measurement Team Support Key Skills & Experience - Quality Engineer CNC Machining Experience in CNC machining / precision engineering environment Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T Experience with CMM inspection and reporting Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills Knowledge of ISO 9001 Qualifications Engineering or Quality-related qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent experience) Internal/Lead Auditor training (desirable) The role will suit individuals currently working as Quality Engineer CNC Machining, Quality Inspector, CNC Machinist and be living within a commutable distance of Poole, Dorset, Hampshire, commutable from Southampton, Salisbury, Blanford Forum, Dorchester or be willing to relocate.
