Contract: Part time - 18 hour days
Working Hours: Mix of 6 and 12 hour shifts (8:00-14:00 or 07:45-20:15) including alternative weekends.

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Hillside Lodge in Pulborough. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those we provide care for. Our aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to our service users.
As a Team Leader, you’ll have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people. You will have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing and will have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
It will be your responsibility to build strong relationships with all those around you, ensuring family and friends feel welcomed, that health care professionals are kept informed, and that you keep your Line Manager updated with residents’ needs and progress. A team player, you can follow guidelines and policies easily, and will have good written skills, as you will need to write up care plans.
