The role is central to the FP&A team, powering key decisions via in-depth financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights. You'll work closely with the exec team on key strategic projects. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Analyst
* Overhead analysis: Build and optimise overhead rate models to underpin pricing strategies, planning, and cost distribution.
* Planning & forecasting: Produce precise budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans to guide leadership choices.
* Business collaboration: Partner with department heads, delivering financial expertise and constructive challenge to boost outcomes.
* Process optimisation: Spot and implement improvements in workflows, reporting tools, and control frameworks.
* Strategic input: Support high-level projects with scenario analysis and advisory work for executives.
* Pricing assistance: Help shape competitive pricing for contracts, balancing profitability and market edge.
* Ad-hoc analysis: Tackle targeted financial reviews to address live business needs.
Essential Qualifications
* Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) desirable.
* 3+ years in a comparable FP&A role, ideally in technology or SaaS environment.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Demonstrated success partnering across functions.
* Strong organisation, communication, and a self-starting approach to juggling priorities.
