Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Leader? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a FULL-TIME permanent basis at our Busy Bees Dudley Nursery.
As a Room Leader with us, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practices. In this role, you may wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and advance your career!

Some of the responsibilities of a Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees include:
* As a keyworker, ensuring every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
* Taking ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting the staff team.
* Encouraging and praising children’s development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
* And most importantly…have FUN!
To apply for this qualified role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
