What you will do Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering organization across full-stack, platform, and AI/ML domains to ensure a sustainable and high-performing culture.
Establish predictable engineering processes and delivery rhythms, ensuring work is well-scoped and validated before entering development cycles.
Oversee platform reliability, uptime, and incident processes while ensuring all technical systems meet rigorous regulatory and traceability requirements.
The ideal candidate Proven experience as a VP or Director of Engineering at a scaling tech company, ideally having managed growth from 20 to 100+ engineers.
Background at world-class engineering institutions such as Microsoft or Amazon, bringing deep strategic understanding and technical stewardship without the need to code.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with experience navigating regulated environments like healthcare or fintech to balance innovation with safety.
