This is a unique opportunity to become the first Registered Manager in one of our flagship homes, playing a key role from the very beginning of the journey.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Registered Manager to lead our solo placement children's home in Didsbury. The home will support young people with emotional and behavioural needs, underpinned by the PACE model of care.
All policies, frameworks, and systems are already in place — what we need is a leader who can bring them to life, shape the culture of the home, and guide the team to achieve excellence. You'll be supported by an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) who has successfully navigated multiple OFSTED registrations and inspections.

What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting
* NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children & Young People)
* Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and standards
* A leader with passion, resilience, and vision
