We're seeking a visionary Digital Director to lead e-commerce strategy and
execution on behalf of a rapidly scaling beauty brand.
As Digital Director you'll own the full e-commerce customer journey—from CRO and paid media to AI-led personalisation and tech innovation.
What You’ll Do:
* Drive e-commerce growth and CRO across DTC channels and platforms (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop)
* Lead AI/data transformation to enhance personalisation, analytics, and automation
* Own paid media strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok) to scale profitably
* Integrate and optimise martech tools (GA4, RetentionX, CDPs)
* Collaborate cross-functionally and lead a high-performing digital team
What We’re Looking For:
* 5–7 years in digital/growth roles within DTC, beauty, or e-commerce
* Proven success in AI-driven digital transformation and CRO
* Expertise in performance marketing and analytics
* Experience managing agencies and martech vendors
* Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
