Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Covering North East of England - Full time

You'll keep things running, we’ll fast-track your career as a Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) with Sodexo, we believe operational excellence starts with you, as your versatile skills contribute to the maintenance and continuous development of our prestigious client facilities.
Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.
As a Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) You'll
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor works to electrical, mechanical, and fabric assets.
* Complete fault finding, repairs, and installations to meet service level agreements.
* Respond to emergency callouts as part of the on-call rota.
* Supervise and monitor contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including risk assessments, work records, and permits to work.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely completion of works.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Support continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
* Proven experience in building services maintenance across commercial or office environments.
* Strong electrical knowledge and experience with fault finding, maintenance, and repairs.
* Good understanding of mechanical and fabric systems.
* Experience working under strict health and safety standards.
* A proactive approach with strong organisational and communication skills.
