KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
* As a KS2 teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
* Teaching the KS2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses
* Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents
KS2 Teacher Requirements
* A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results
* A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching
* A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues
