The role sits within the Business Applications Team, part of the Technology Department at Sanctuary Group.
We are seeking a proactive and detail:oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing CRM systems, improving user experience, and driving business efficiency through smart configuration and data management.
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be the go:to expert for all things Salesforce-ensuring the platform runs smoothly, meets business needs, and evolves with our growth.

Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts

Custom dashboards and reports to meet business requirements

Provide 3rd line support for Salesforce:related issues

Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system bugs and performance issues

Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
:
Ensure compliance with data protection and governance policies
:
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features
:
Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience
Skills and experiences:

Salesforce Administration Certification (ADM 201)
:
Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
:
Proven experience using Service Cloud
:
Substantial experience of analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder)
:
Experience of managing and deploying Salesforce system changes through Integrated Development Environments (IDE), GIT and code repository tools
:
Experience working with 3rd party support organisations

Role salary is GBP 32,244 with an additional policy allowance of GBP 8,605 per annum (rising to GBP 33,941 with an additional policy allowance of GBP 9,058 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
