Paint Technician

Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
* A strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching.
* ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable.
* A genuine passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results.
* A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work.
