Installations Specialist/Coordinator Location: Hertfordshire (please note the role will start remote before moving into office when opened) Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (depending on experience) Installations Specialist A fast-expanding parcel-locker business is rolling out installations across the UK, and they’re looking for two people to help keep the daily operation running smoothly. This is a practical, busy operations role. If you like juggling several things at once, solving problems and working closely with contractors and field teams, this could be a great fit. What the job involves Booking transport providers and coordinating nationwide installations Managing the daily schedule and keeping track of progress Double-checking sites are ready to install Spotting potential issues early and helping keep delays to a minimum Troubleshooting problems on the day Supporting contractors with clear information and updates Making sure installation reports and paperwork are completed correctly Working closely with the Pre-Installation and Operations teams Who this is right for 2 years experience in an operations/installations type role People who’ve worked in installations, field service, logistics or operations Use to working with 3rd part contractors or engineers Strong planners who stay steady when things get busy Practical problem-solvers who don’t get flustered Confident communicators, especially with contractors and transport teams Someone who enjoys ownership and getting things over the line Strong attention to detail Ability to move quickly, deal with new problems at pace and with accuracy Someone who isn't affraid to deal with ambiguerty - this is fast growing business where change will happen often It’s a varied role where no two days look the same, ideal for someone who likes pace, structure and seeing results quickly.
