Responsibilities
* Partner directly with founders and senior leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives
* Help define and execute the company’s growth strategy across European markets
* Build relationships across defence institutions, government stakeholders, industrial partners, suppliers, and broader ecosystem players
* Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities
* Support market expansion efforts across new geographies and customer segments
* Assess potential acquisition, consolidation, and corporate development opportunities where relevant
* Lead cross-functional strategic projects across operations, partnerships, and commercial initiatives
* Help translate long-term vision into actionable execution plans
* Provide market intelligence on defence trends, procurement developments, and competitive dynamics
* Act as a highly trusted strategic partner to the leadership team in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Your Background
* Experience in strategy, corporate development, business operations, partnerships, or related leadership roles
* Strong understanding of defence, aerospace, national security, industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, or adjacent sectors
* Experience working with senior stakeholders across government, enterprise, investors, or regulated industries
* Background in consulting, defence technology, aerospace/defence primes, venture-backed startups, private equity, corporate strategy, or government institutions may all be relevant
* Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify strategic growth opportunities
* Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous, fast-scaling environments
* Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build from scratch
