Senior Sports Coach – Little X (UK Expansion)

At Little X, part of the international Sports X Group, we create engaging sports and activity programs for children aged 3–7. Since our founding in Australia in 2011, we've grown to New Zealand, the USA, and now the UK — and we're looking for motivated coaches to join us on this exciting journey.
As a Senior Coach, you'll play a key role in bringing Little X to life in your local area. This role begins with part-time hours and has the potential to grow into a full-time position as our UK programs expand. We're looking for organised, professional, and enthusiastic individuals who can embrace our coaching philosophy and deliver it with energy and care.
What you'll do:
* Recruit, train, and support new coaching staff
* Deliver and oversee high-quality sports programs for children aged 3–7
* Provide excellent customer service to families and schools
* Lead and manage a team of sports coaches
* Plan and manage your own schedule to achieve targets
* Lead playful, high-energy classes
* Engage toddlers in movement, music, basic sports skills, and themed games
* Create a fun, inclusive environment for kids of all abilities
What we're looking for:
* Experience working with preschool and primary-aged children
* Strong coaching background with a passion for early years development
* Leadership and organisational skills
* A self-motivated, proactive approach
* CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
* Able to pass a DBS background check
* Own transportation to various venues around Swindon

Pay: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
