Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant – Prestwich (November Start)
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a highly respected and inclusive primary school in Prestwich to recruit a committed SEN Teaching Assistant. This full-time role runs from 8:30am to 3:30pm, starting after October half term, and involves providing focused one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Role Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated support to pupils with SEN, both individually and in small group settings
* Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
* Support the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support pupil development
* Monitor pupil progress and adapt support as required
Candidate Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Previous experience working with children with SEN
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to supporting young learners
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
* Level 2 Safeguarding certification (or willingness to complete training)
