Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including opening and closing the club when on shift.
* Lead, train, and inspire our Clean Team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
* Own the Clean Team rota, cleaning schedules, stock management and payroll, ensuring resources align with club usage and peak times.
* Conduct daily club walks, respond to urgent cleaning needs, and maintain stock levels and equipment functionality.
* Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
* Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
* Help achieve sales targets.
* Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site as a designated Pool responder.
