Project Manager Duration: 6 months Rate: £550 - £625 p/d (outside IR35) Remote working with occasional visits to Peterborough office Our client are a start-up full fibre broadband company who require Project Manager to join their business and support on a Salesforce CRM transformation programme. What we need you to do Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will focus on an assigned portfolio of small/medium technology projects and for these will do the following: Project Governance: Ensure all assigned transformation projects adhere to company standards and methodologies Project Support: Provide comprehensive project support, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery Project Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reporting Technical Project Management skills: Ensure the effective capture of business requirements and sign off from stakeholders to enable technical solutions to be developed Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Head OSS/BSS systems, internal stakeholders and external third parties and communicate effectively on project status/plans/issues What we need from you Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical project management within Salesforce CRM Transformation Environment, telecommunications industry desirable but not essential (Communications Cloud, Experience Cloud) Proficiency in project management software and tools ideally including the use of JIRA. Strong understanding or experience of other regulatory requirements Experience with Salesforce Transformation Projects including third party deployment partners. Experience with cloud-based applications including integration to salesforce environment (Elevate, Accountingseed, XCD) PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience Experienced in Agile project delivery Strong understanding and application of project management principles, processes and themes Ability to tailor project management to fit the project environment and context Proven ability to manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively within a team and with external partners Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Personal Attributes: It's a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly Self-motivated and driven Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Passion for continuous improvement and innovation For more information on this role, please contact Scarlet Wilson.
