What You Will Do: Manage a caseload under the Care Programme Approach, providing essential support to adults with severe mental health needs. Complete statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 to ensure comprehensive care for service users. Promote positive risk-taking and foster independence among service users. Collaborate effectively in multi-agency and multidisciplinary team settings. Apply critical legislation including the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Human Rights Act 1998.
